The course aims to train scholars and researchers for academia and the world of work.
The PhD programme’s four areas of study follow a skills-based approach. The subjects tackled in the lectures enable the doctoral students to acquire basic epistemological competences, specific disciplinary competences and soft skills.
The PhD programme opens up career opportunities in:
- Areas of theoretical, empirical and experimental research both in academia and in private or public institutions in Italy or abroad;
- Italian and international business sectors where a higher level of education is required; it also gives students an aptitude for research-action and innovation;
- Italian and international academia, institutions and entrepreneurial sectors where a PhD is required as an entry qualification.
