Suspension of the Phd program
The PhD student may request an unpaid extension of up to twelve months if they are unable to submit their doctoral thesis within the duration of the course. For further cases of suspension of the doctoral course, please consult the doctoral regulations.
Procedure: the doctoral student submits the specific forms to the Department Administrative Office and, following a decision by the PhD Committee, the outcome of the request is communicated.
