Compatibility with work activities
The PhD Committee may authorize paid activities that allow PhD students to acquire skills related to their field of study, subject to assessment of the compatibility of such activities with the successful completion of the training, teaching, and research activities of the PhD program. For specific information, restrictions on combining activities, and incompatible activities, please refer to the PhD Regulations.
Procedure: The PhD student sends the specific forms, duly completed, to the Department Administrative Office and, following the decision of the Doctoral Board, the PhD student is notified of the outcome of their request.
